Providence Health & Services Development Coordinator - Fundraising in Issaquah, Washington
Providence is calling a Development Coordinator (Foundation, Day Shift, 0.5 FTE) to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington.

Schedule: Day shift - 20 hours/week
In this position you will:
Manage the gift-processing function; including data entry, preparing acknowledgement letters, accounting reports, fund balances, fund transfers and reconciliation of records.
Manage donor records (hard copy and computerized): including pledge and gift records, pledge-reminder system, commemorative records and grants.
Manage administrative and corporate records: including Board and committee minutes and resolutions, policies and procedures and corporate licenses and permits.
Maintain records of non-cash gifts and their disposal to ensure accurate accounting of assets.
Prepare monthly income reports and works with Finance Department staff on matters affecting income records, including gift restrictions, fund balances and transfers and investment income.
Works with team members to execute PMWF donor events and activities, including annual spring luncheon, Marianwood’s major fundraising event.
Supports planning committee, processes guest registration and seating, completes gift entry and acknowledgements, coordinates event collateral, supports table captains, and provides day-of customer service and guest support.
Assists in coordination of PMW presence, and will occasionally represent PMW, at other special events.
Assists with preparing and producing fund development and marketing/communication mailings including donor acknowledgements, gift appeals, newsletters, and other communications as required.
Works with mail house to coordinate direct mail
Provides administrative support for Board of Director meetings.

Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience
Current driver's license
3 years experience in a comparable institutional setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previous experience in managing databases
Previous budget/financial experience
