Providence Health & Services Administrative Assistant in Redmond, Washington
- Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Administrative Assistant to our location in Redmond, WA. This is a Part- Time (20 hours per week) onsite position. The schedule will be between Monday and Friday ( no weekends), 8:00am-4:30pm and will include two full days and one half day.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of moderately difficult work assignments in support of functional areas. The work requires a familiarity with standardized work methods and procedures.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Support and facilitate the compliance functions of Supportive Housing including but not limited to wait list management, leading certification and verification meetings with applicants and tenants, leading ad-hoc efforts or projects, managing discrete components of the program, etc.
Perform general support service duties such as answering the telephone and routing calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments and meetings, sorting mail, filing, general correspondence, etc.
Support and at the discretion of the Housing Director may lead on discrete financial functions of the program including but not limited to receipt and recording of tenant rents, banking activities, basic bookkeeping or accounting functions, banking, etc..
Miscellaneous routine responsibilities including but not limited to: maintenance and update of current tenant contact lists, maintain key card coding systems or keys, accept work orders, secure permission for unit entry, etc.
Support and participate in community development activities as directed by Housing Director.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma.
3 years of office and/or secretarial experience.
2 years at the administrative assistant or executive secretary level or equivalent.
Experience with personal computers and applications software, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Knowledge of procedural and process aspects of work.
Able to establish and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Diploma in secretarial services or equivalent.
Previous work experience in Tax Credit Properties
Well organized and high attention to detail
