Providence is calling a Director Service Engineering, HR Systems PSJH to our location in Redmond, WA .
We are seeking a Director Service Engineering, HR Systems PSJH who will be the key Service Engineering leadership role for the Administrative Technologies vertical at PSJH. As such, the Director Service Engineering will have scope across one or more business domains that fall within Administrative Technologies, like: Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, or other non-clinical shared services. The scope is both broad, across a business unit and deep, in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to run and maintain an enterprise wide IS service. This role is both enterprise in nature and startup in mindset because we are creating and building this IS division from the ground floor. This role will work in a fast paced environment, have constant demands for better services, and will require strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills. This role requires someone to be both a leader and teacher as we bring in a cutting edge service management mindset and skillset to the organization. It requires a leader to deal with high degrees of ambiguity and drive clear strategy and implantation plans, while bringing the business, fellow IS organizations and the team of service engineers all to success.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, executive management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction and problem identification and resolution to enable business teams to focus on driving their business and IS to run all the IS services
Strong knowledge in service management and site reliability, having the ability to work hands on and to teach and grow others in the knowledge and skills.
Strong ability to work as a key member of a tightknit executive leadership team to create a high performing team that will drive necessary a change and leadership, in a consistent way, throughout the organization.
Strong knowledge and experience of leveraging the power of data and metrics to drive behavior, process and priority decisions across the team and IS.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree , preferably Master's, degree in one of the following disciplines:
10 years leadership experience, leading technical teams in a complex and fast past moving environment
Experience with HR Systems
