Providence Azure Technical Support Engineer - Lumedic in Seattle, Washington

Description:

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Azure Technical Support Engineer - Lumedic to our location in Seattle, WA.

As the Technical Support Engineer, you will support our customers with their Azure problems and issues, managing inbound service requests by phone calls and emails, and using your technical expertise and passion for outstanding customer service to answer questions and or troubleshoot technical issues to find solutions.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ability to quickly identify customer issues specific to Azure Services, Azure platform or VMs running in Azure.

  • Able to conduct in-depth troubleshooting coordinating with Engineering groups to drive resolution.

  • Respond to and resolve critical customer issues.

  • Develop tools, scripts to automate troubleshooting activities and monitoring/alerts.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical support incidents and problems for our products.

  • Work closely with Microsoft to follow up on outstanding issues.

  • Provide superior customer service and follow up with customers.

  • Contribute to internal knowledgebase articles.

  • Contribute to internal processes and procedures.

  • Review cases and recommend improvement actions.

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-focused Diploma or Degree in Technical Support/Network or equivalent.

  • 3 years supporting MS Azure products in a global helpdesk environment.

  • Understanding of related terminology and concepts.

  • Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

  • Relevant Certifications MCP, Azure.
