Providence is seeking friendly and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Transitional Care team at Providence Mount St. Vincent in West Seattle, WA. This role is full-time and supports Day shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, rotating weekends. Job Description:

The Licensed Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. In collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized, comprehensive and Resident centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator, Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, Primary Care Nurse or Resident.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Degree in nursing.

  • 1 year Education & Training: LTC geriatric experience.

  • 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience.

  • Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • In Long Term care.

  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC’s).

  • Experience with an interdisciplinary team.

  • 3 years 5 Center Primary Nurse: direct care experience.

  • 5 Center Primary Nurse: MDS/RAI experience.
