Providence Health & Services CNA - Transitional Care Unit in Seattle, Washington

Providence is calling a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Evening Shift, 0.8 FTE) to support Transitional Care at Providence Mount St. Vincent in West Seattle, Washington.

You will be a member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will provide residents and patients the independence they deserve, support the right to make their own choices, and help them feel safe and secure while maintaining their dignity.

Evenings from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Rotating weekends.

In this position you will:

  • Provide direct patient care

  • Collaborate with a team of including Physicians, ARNPs, Nurses, Therapists and Social Workers

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)

  • Current Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) licensure

  • Current listing on Washington Nurse Aide (OBRA) Registry

  • Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire

  • Demonstration of customer service skills

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 6 months of nursing assistant experience
