Providence Community Manager Lumedic in Seattle, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Community Manager to our location in Seattle, Washington.
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of the Lumedic Exchange community. This position will provide a unique opportunity to help build out this thriving new healthcare related technical community, which is a group of organizations whose mission is to transform healthcare by establishing a common set of standards that empowers patients to easily share – and ultimately control - their own health information in a verifiable and trusted way. As the Community Manager, you will use your entrepreneurial skills to help drive the depth of member organizations’ engagement in the Lumedic Exchange, be responsible for the management and coordination of all community activities, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders around the creation and maintenance of standards, use cases, and the ecosystem governance framework.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Work with a cross-functional team to develop the overall Exchange community strategy
Manage day-to-day operational aspects for the Exchange community including developing materials, leading events, user groups, facilitating online forums and other collaboration tools
Act as resource and support for members of the Exchange, providing best practice knowledge and expertise about how to engage with our community
Create and implement moderation policies and procedures and ensure Exchange community members adhere to those standards
Manage the Exchange community calendar and facilitate all community meetings
Define, evaluate and report on Exchange community engagement success metrics, including program participation and community engagement to leadership
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
2 years project management experience
