Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Human Resources Strategic Program Manager PSJH for Swedish in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategic Program Manager to serve as consultant and strategic thought partner for senior Field HR and operational leaders to design talent solutions that drive business objectives. Anticipates HR implications of evolving business needs and direction and recommends actions to be taken. Collaborates with COE resources to deliver enterprise level designed people programs that enable quadruple aim outcomes. Role includes accountability for local (regional or service line) talent solutions design, implementation, change management and continuous improvement post implementation. May serve as liaison to COEs for guidance and support on implementation, communications and change management for COE led initiatives and programs.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Contributes to the business strategy by helping Field HR and business leaders identify, and build organizational capabilities.
Identifies and drives the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
In collaboration with COE's, uses internal and external resources & tools to design and facilitate implementation of talent initiatives such as workforce planning and organization design that support and enable organization objectives.
Interprets HR data and recommends solutions based on the analysis.
Facilitates implementation of enterprise level HR strategies and initiatives to ensure localized change management and communication plans.
Serves as a consultant to COEs and initiative leaders regarding HR region, facility or service line business needs, cultures, and change and communication requirements.
Provides training or facilitates events to educate HR teams on new initiatives and strategies.
Supports the orientation and assimilation of new HR team members by assisting the HR manager or director with assimilation plan development and through direct delivery of training on HR resources, systems and protocols.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field and/or equivalent education/experience.
8 years of professional human resources or related experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
