Providence Health & Services Receptionist (FT/Days/8) - ElderPlace / Seattle in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling a Medical Receptionist (Hospital Administration, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
incoming staff, participants, clients, vendors
o Monitor entrance/exit traffic –
participant and staff safety
o Log and issue visitor badges
– triage, route, page incoming calls to appropriate staff
email triage, route to appropriate staff and Oncall
copier-Incoming faxes/print outs-Pull and put in bin
· Mail – open, date-stamp all incoming
check Participant Attendance in for ADH, Internal & External specialists.
Payments – receives payments, provides receipt
out ID cards, HCFAs and bills.
Update PEP staff
phone list and the IDT team list.
Scheduling: Olympic, Cascade, Rainer, Reflection, Gentle care.
· Open/stamp/distribute mail and faxes
· Order office supplies through Staples
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or equivalent
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
2 years administrative support experience including answering multi-line phone systems
Customer service and bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
