We have full time and part time openings for Day, Evening, and Night shift. Sign-on bonuses for 0.8 FTE positions and above offered to eligible candidates! (RN $5,000, LPN $2,500, CNA $500)

In the RN and LPN position you will:
Provide direct patient care to short stay, sub-acute patients upon discharge from the hospital as well as long term care residents.
Enteral Tube feedings
Maintenance of IV lines (Midline, PICC, Port of Cath)
Wound Care (wound vacs, drains, dressing changes)
Palliative and End of Life care
Educating patients, families and staff on disease processes
In the CNA position you will:
Provide direct patient care
Collaborate with a team of including Physicians, ARNPs, Nurses, Therapists and Social Workers
Required qualifications for these position include:
RN, LPN, or CNA licenses active in Washington State
Current listing on the Washington Nurse Aide (OBRA) registry for CNAs
