Providence Health & Services RN / LPN / CNA - PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Seattle, Washington


Providence is calling RN, LPN, and CNA applicants to to support PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly).

This posting is not a specific job vacancy. This posting serves to establish interested candidates for current or future RN, LPN, and CNA opportunities at one of our PACE Clinic sites in Kent, West Seattle, Seattle, and Redmond.

We have full time Day shift openings. Monday to Friday; no holidays or weekends required! $5,000 sign on bonus offered to eligible RN and LPN candidates!

In the RN position you will:

  • Drive throughout your work day to see patients in private residences, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities within a designated territory

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for the patient utilizing the interdisciplinary care team to keep patients safe and stable after being discharged from facilities.

  • Wound care, blood draws, blood sugar checks, place and monitor IVs, skin checks, and supportive end of life care.

In the LPN position you will:

  • Perform duties in a variety of settings including the community, the Center, and the Clinic.

  • Provide practical nursing, including bedside patient care, respiratory care, phlebotomy, patient education, and patient support services under the supervision of designated licensed staff.

  • Utilize software for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.

In the CNA position you will:

  • Provide or assist participants with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting, oral and denture care, hair and skin, shaving, nail trimming).

  • Help participants to move, turn, get in and out of bed, chair, or wheelchair; and ambulate with or without assistive devices.

  • Help maintain order and cleanliness of the center and its equipment and linens, including disinfecting furniture and other common use items.


Required qualifications for these position include:

  • RN, LPN, or CNA licenses active in Washington State

  • RNs with 1 year of nursing experience

  • LPNs with 1 year of related experience

  • WA State Driver's license and auto insurance for roles that require travel within the community
