Providence Health & Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Seattle, Washington


Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - PSJH to our location in Seattle, WA.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports many recruiters through a variety of tasks throughout the recruitment cycle. Tasks include but not limited to scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, processing applicants, completing applicant tracking, supporting Hiring Manager process and special projects.

In this position you will:

  • With direction from the recruiter, complete applicant tracking as requested.

  • Respond to routine and complex questions from applicants, employees, and recruiters, including researching relevant information when requested.

  • Assist in the preparation of interview guides and packets for the hiring managers.

  • Coordinate and schedules candidate interviews, including travel as required.

  • Manages or supports TA and HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

  • Work with other members of the team to ensure consistent procedures and customer service are provided for TA customers.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent education/experience.

  • Two years experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous Applicant Tracking System and/or HRIS experience.

  • Experience working on a centralized recruitment team in a Coordinator or recruitment-related position supporting multiple entities/groups or HR support positions.

  • Previous experience working in healthcare preferred.

  • Participation in an HR professional organization preferred (e.g. PHR/SPHR, AIRS Certified Recruiter, NW Recruiter Assocation, ERE, NAHCR Certified Recruiter)
