Providence is calling a Clinical Clerical Assistant (Hospice, Day Shift, Full Time) to Providence Hospice of Seattle in Tukwila, Washington. Under the direction of the Administrative Support Supervisor, the Clinical Clerical Assistant provides office support to team members to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery. Communicates in a professional manner with public and staff.
This is a full-time position which will include a schedule of 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
In this position you will:
Assist the Hospice team by performing clinical duties under the direction of the Patient Care Coordinator.
Ensure admission medical records are accurate and complete in accordance with industry and agency standards.
Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) management.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) equivalent
1 year of office or field experience
Knowledge of general office procedures and basic medical terminology
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word
