  • Assist HCC core leaders in soliciting key data needs

  • Support caregivers with liaising between informatics and HI and HCC with the goal of coordinating work by advising on relationships and work processes, making key introductions, and recognizing areas of potential duplication/opportunities for harmonization of work across sections

  • Process Development

  • Facilitate the development of processes for optimized data strategy decision-making and documentation

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a data-driven mechanism to manage the intake and distribution of HCC measurement projects in conjunction with HI intake, the HCCproject prioritization, and the use of a project management tool

  • Facilitate the development of a HCC ‘metric strategy’ that harmonizes with data governance processes outside of HCC (e.g. in Healthcare Intelligence)

  • Knowledge

  • Develop a high level of familiarity with the use of key data products and reporting objects produced across HCC, with the objective of deeply understanding the experience of users and developers

  • Maintain a store of knowledge about contemporary techniques for data storage and manipulation (e.g. ‘big data’ tools) that can be drawn on to inform the design of data platforms
