Providence is calling a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinician ( Hospice, Days, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Hospice of Seattle in Tukwila, Washington . This position will support a small geographic region within King County.

In this position you will:
Observe and provide data and observation used by the RN to develop a Plan of Care.
Implement nursing interventions based on the Plan of Care and Hospice policies and procedures.
Anticipate disease progression and implications for symptom management.
Inform patient and family as appropriate of current and anticipated changes in patient condition.
Instruct patient and family in all aspects of care and end of life.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
3 years nursing experience
Current Washington State professional licensure or certification
Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile insurance
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience
Hospice certification or advanced certification
