Insert Job Name: Home Infusion RN/ Nurse Liaison

Location: Infusion RN: Greater Seattle area

Nurse Liaison: Everett, WA

Shift: Infusion RN: Day and Evening Shifts available

Nurse Liaison: Day Shift

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $7,500 (depending on location)

The Infusion Registered Nurse/ Nurse Liaison provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site.

Required qualifications for Day shift positions:

  • Current Washington State Registered Nursing License

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile

  • Current CPR certification

  • Proof of vehicle insurance

  • One (1) year of experience in acute care nursing

  • Education sufficient for licensure.

Required qualifications for Evening shift positions:

  • Current Washington State Registered Nursing License

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Current Washington State Driver's license

  • Automobile Insurance

  • Current CPR certification

  • 2 years of Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience

  • Education sufficient for licensure.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
